Full boarder management: boarder profiles, automatic bed distribution across available rooms, and halqa circles — the small supervised groups boarding schools (particularly Islamic/Tahfeez-sector schools) organize boarders into for pastoral care and memorization/study groups.

Parent visitations

Scheduled and logged visitation records for boarders — who visited, when, and any notes staff need to carry forward, kept alongside the boarder’s profile rather than in a separate paper log.
